A Lancaster woman is facing charges after being found unresponsive with two kids in an apartment deemed to be "unfit for human habitation." Authorities say they found the 33-year-old woman suffering from an apparent overdose inside the East King Street apartment. A three-year-old and ten-month-old were removed from the home and placed in protective custody. She is charged with child endangerment.
