(York, PA) -- Some York County parks are modifying their operations now that they are in Governor Tom Wolf’s yellow reopening phase. Restrooms are now open at John Rudy, Rocky Ridge, and William Kain parks while the off-leash area at Canine Meadows reopened Friday. Playgrounds at Lake Redman as well as nature play areas at Rocky Ridge and Nixon parks remain closed
