FRIDAY SUNSHINE:

Sunshine returns today for another chilly day with highs in the upper 30s. Clouds will be on the increase tonight with a low in the mid 20s.

WEEKEND WINTER STORM:

Snow will arrive from the south tomorrow hitting our Southern Counties first. It will then overspread the region with most starting to see some flakes by midday. The precipitation will be all snow at first before some warmer air changes it over to more of a wintry mix and in some places just plain rain. Most of the area can expect 3-5" of snowfall accumulation with lesser amounts south and east of Harrisburg. The worst times for travel will be Saturday afternoon and evening. Sunday will remain cloudy and breezy with passing snow showers. Saturday is CBS 21 Weather Watch Day for tricky travel conditions!

RAIN NEXT WEEK:

Monday will be a sunny and seasonable day before more rain arrives on Tuesday. It's looking like another good soaking and many spots could see over 1" of rain which may lead to another round of flooding concerns along our smaller creeks and streams.

CBS 21 FIRST WARNING WEATHER FORECAST:

Today: Mostly Sunny: High 38

Tonight: Partly Cloudy: Low 24

Tomorrow: Snow, Possibly Mixing with Sleet and Freezing Rain. 3 to 5” of Accumulation: High 36

Sunday: Mostly Cloudy, A Few Snow Showers: High 38
