For the second time this month, one of Bill Cosby's lawyers is asking to bail out on his defense team. Angela Agrusa has filed paperwork in Montgomery County Court seeking to withdraw from the case. Philadelphia-based attorney Brian McMonagle filed a motion to withdraw on August 1st. A pretrial conference is set for next Tuesday to address who will defend Cosby during his retrial on sexual assault charges.
